- Florida is a beautiful
and interesting state to photograph. If
you're a shutterbug Florida has plenty to
offer in way of photography.
You may find this hard
to believe but I actually heard a stock
photographer say once that he didn't shoot
any stock images in Florida because there was
just "nothing to shoot".

- It's very curious that
he talked about Florida in these terms
because, no matter how many times I travel to
Florida I am always taken back by its beauty
and by the photo opportunities.

- If you're on the east
coast of Florida you'll only travel about 80
miles across the whole state at the middle
section but Florida is (I think) the only
state with an east and west coast.

- What does this mean?
It means that you can get a sunrise photo off
the east coast of Florida in the early
morning; pack up your photo gear and head
across the state and be there in time to
photograph a lovely sunset in the same day!

- Where else but
Florida?

- There is plenty to see
and photograph in Florida from the sandy
beaches to the swamps of the Everglades to
Disney World (if you like standing in
lines).

- So, GO! Travel right
now to Florida and be sure and take your
camera with you and take plenty of photos!
