Broadway at the Beach is South Carolina's largest and most popular entertainment center. The $250 million complex is set on 350 acres in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This unique travel destination is made up of more than 100 specialty stores, 15 attractions, 3 hotels, and over 30 restaurants and clubs. Broadway at the Beach is creatively arranged on the 23-acre lake in its center and offers an exhilarating place to visit while in Myrtle Beach.
Shopping
Broadway at the Beach is Myrtle Beach goers' favorite shopping location! Browse through the specialty shops and take home the perfect souvenir. There are a wide variety of shops to choose from no matter what items you are seeking. There are apparel shops specializing in men's, women's, and children's clothing, beachwear, shoes, and sporting goods. Children will enjoy shopping at the toy stores where they can build their own bear, kite, doll, dinosaur, or car.
At the specialty stores you will find gifts, collectibles, sports memorabilia, magic supplies, beach décor products, and much more. There are several jewelry stores that sell unique and unusual accessories as well as traditional jewelry. If you are looking for handmade gifts, candles, or Christmas decorations, you will find that and much more at Broadway at the Beach.
For water fun, take the Miss Broadway water taxi on a relaxing cruise around the lake. Or, splash and play in the water at the Myrtle Waves Water Park. This is South Carolina's largest water park, with rides and slides for all ages. There are more than 30 rides and a special children's section with lifeguards.
Don't miss Ripley's Aquarium where you can pet a stingray or hold a horseshoe crab. See the hourly dive shows and watch the sharks in the huge tank at one of South Carolina's most visited attractions. Take in great entertainment at the IMAX theatre, where you can visit exciting places all over the world right from your seat. The Palace Theatre has many exciting performers, and Carmike's Broadway Cinema 16 is a necessity for movie buffs.
The young ones will enjoy the Carousel Park Kiddie Rides where they can ride airplanes, trains and a Ferris wheel. At Dragon's Lair Fantasy Golf, you’ll enter the dragon's lair in this medieval miniature golf course. At MagiQuest, you’ll enter your own virtual adventure where you will collect runes, rescue the unicorn, battle the goblin king, and maybe even the dragon!

Broadway at the Beach has a great selection of food for everyone's taste! The traditional steak, ribs, chicken, and seafood are favorites at several restaurants.
